Recipe for making Solar Eclipse cookies. We used this during our News-2-You Eclipse activities last week, and are continuing learning about the eclipse, since it happens soon! (Easy directions for a quick recipe. The whipped topping between the Oreo halves allows them to slide so students can imitate what the movement of sun/moon will be.
